Flexible Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy (2024) **

  1. The Advanced payment for all new booking reservations has been reduced to 30%. It must be cleared in our bank account up to 7 days at the latest, after the booking confirmation.
  2. The Remaining payment of 70% must be cleared in our bank account up to 60 days at the latest, before the charter commencing date.
  3. Agencies' commissions will be settled once and only with the Remaining payment.
  4. Clients may cancel their charter booking free of charge, the latest 60 days before embarkation and the 30% Advanced payment will be refunded immediately. If the booking is cancelled between 59 & 31 days before embarkation, then a credit note* will be issued for the 30% Advanced payment to be used for a new booking by the same client in the season 2025. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before embarkation, the 30% Advanced payment will not be refunded.
  5. Clients are entitled to reschedule/change their charter dates in the season 2024, the latest 60 days before embarkation, free of charge and by only paying the difference in the charter fees if higher, and subject to availability. If up to 60 days before embarkation there is no yacht availability for rescheduling/change in the season 2024, a credit note* will be issued for the 30% advance payment to be used for a new booking by the same client in the season 2025. The reschedule/change will be only accepted the latest 60 days before embarkation. If less than 60 days, then the conditions of the cancellation policy (article 4) will be applied accordingly.  
  6. Booking cancellations less than 30 days before embarkation are non-refundable (100% of the total charter fee). If the same boat will be re-booked for the same period, under the same conditions by another client, then the cancellation fees will be refunded less an administration fee of 200€.

* The credit note is not transferable and may only be used by the same client, for any charter booking of the 2025 season for any of our boats and is subject to availability.

** The above “Flexible Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy (2024)” temporarily enhances and does not supersede or replace our normal 'Cancellation Policy' and standard ‘Payment Conditions’. Terms may change at any time during the season. For any future changes, you will be notified well in advance.

For any other circumstances, our normal 'CANCELLATION POLICY’ listed below is applied:

  • Any change in dates, destination or Yacht type is considered cancellation.
  • Booking cancellations received more than 60 days before embarkation, 70% of the total charter fee will be refunded.
  • Booking cancelled between 59 & 31 days before embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee will be refunded.
  • Booking cancellations within 30 days before embarkation are non-refundable.
  • If the same boat is re-booked for the same period, under the same conditions, then the cancellation fees will be refunded less an administration fee of 200€.
  • Upgrades are subject to the cancellation policy.
